The General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry

This means for you in the event of a cancellation:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, in the event of early departure 100%.

In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance.
